The 100 Word Challenge for Grown Ups is an idea set up by my Twitter friend Julia Skinner.
The idea is that she provides a prompt each week and those of us who want to write 100 words can post it on her website. That way our writing gets read and we get to read other writers' blogs.

What will I Write
Mum died nearly 5 years ago but I still
write to her. Today is her wedding anniversary she would have been married to
Dad 45years.
The last time we celebrated was the year
she died. That was their Ruby Anniversary and she knew then it would be the
last anniversary she would celebrate with us. So what will I write?
“Happy Anniversary” doesn’t quite fit.
“Thinking of you” is definitely true but
instead I just post a picture and the words to her song “I am everything I am
because you loved me”
I know that will make her smile
